MCS Magnetic Separators For Grinding Applications
Barnes Magnetic Coolant Separators are considered the standard for ferrous metal grinding operations world-wide. With over 11,000 of these filters in use today, many companies are realizing the resulting benefits of increased machine up-time, improved wheel life, reduced coolant costs and better surface finishes on parts. The unique ferrite magnet design of these filters delivers up to 2½ times the magnetic surface of competitive units and the rare earth magnet units provide up to 5 times the magnetic pull of competitive units.
